Who we are
Rise, Shine & Cook builds children’s confidence in the kitchen with Whole Food Education, Exposure + Experiences. Cook along with me as we make delicious and fun whole-food focused meals together in an enriching kid-friendly environment.
Where we are
We are a mobile cooking school, servicing Midcounty, UpCounty, Germantown and Gaithersburg in Montgomery County, MD, with a focus on chefs-in-training ages 2-13.
As a mobile business, we are here to meet your location preferences and are available for instruction at your home, school, community center, special event, scout troop clubhouse, etc. Public classes for individual students are scheduled throughout the year. We also offer on-site extracurricular programs for school and daycares, private in-home classes and birthday party packages.

What we do
All Rise, Shine and Cook classes, camps, and private events are developed to teach children about nutrition and healthy cooking with fun and games, food prepping and cooking, and of course tasting! Instruction includes theme-based parent and me classes for the youngest learners, and in-depth workshops and camps for elementary school-aged children.
